Graham Laycock and from Surrey Libraries Margot Walshe review this year’s competition and Surrey County Councillor Julie Iles, Cabinet Member for All-Age Learning presents the prizes to our winner Wendy England and her nominator, daughter Natalie England and Wendy reads The Night Before Christmas by Clement Clarke Moore.
